For any reason if wrong product or wrong size of any product has been dispatched to you, DON's footwear will undertake to fully refund the sale proceeds to you. However in certain circumstances where you have given us the wrong information, we will be compelled to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the item and shipping expenses incurred

It's impossible to show on a website the exact color and texture of materials used in the manufacture of shoes, therefore if you are not satisfied with the appearance of our shoes and you need to return them we will be again compelled to charge you 20% restocking fee and the shipping expenses incurred

 Refunds to credit cards will normally be applied within 10 working days of our receipt of returned goods. Customers will be 

notified of the refund via e-Mail.
